One challenge before Demand Calendar was to get reports from the PMS. It was very timeconsuming and some data we would like as the basis for important decisions we couldn't get. Demand Calendar collects all relevant data automatically and gives us the reports we need. It’s a huge timesaver.
What specific thing do you like most about Demand Calendar?
The forecasting - It’s simple to update and follow progress. The forecast is also vissable in other views and reports, e.g “On the books” & “Pick-Up”. It frees up time and enables us to make better decisions.
What other 3 benefits come to your mind?
Easy to get data and reports as a basis for all types of meetings. Both external meetings with customers and internal meetings for better decisions.
Company profiles - You get a full overview of production and behavior which is vital for new contract negotiations.
Pick-Up - It’s easy to keep track of the pick-up and we have the possibility to get into details which enable us to yield for the near future and make better strategic decisions for the future.
How does Demand Calendar help you in your role as a Commercial Manager?

What really has impressed me is the overview on rate codes. You have everything in one place instead of finding different data components from different reports in our PMS. One concrete example is how easy it is to keep track of and analyze our campaigns. Which campaigns perform better than others to improve future campaigns for a higher conversion.

Demand Calendar is a huge TimeSaver and facilitates decision making which results in higher revenue. For us it’s a “No brainer”.

We really appreciate that Demand Calendar constantly develop new features. Latest the Total Revenue Forecasting witch is very useful for us with SPA, F&B and meeting facilities. Also want to highlight the new B2B sales features.
