Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Go and PostgreSQL to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing features that contribute to the success of our platform. The ideal candidate will have development expertise and a strong background in data and analytics, experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases., cloud technologies, and some front-end development skills.

Responsibilities

Product Development:
- Contribute to developing and enhancing features for our analytics platform using Go.
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand and implement technical specifications.

Backend Implementation:
- Assist in developing the backend infrastructure, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and aligned with product requirements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of features facilitating smooth data integration and analytics.
Database Support:
- Optimize database structures and queries to ensure efficient data integration and analytics.
- Work on implementing and maintaining data storage solutions with PostgreSQL.
Cloud Integration:
- Deploy and manage components of the analytics platform using Google Cloud platforms or others (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Participate in the implementation of cloud-native features to enhance product scalability.
Message Queue Systems:
- Collaborate on integrating and optimizing message queue systems to support reliable and real-time communication within the platform.
- Contribute to the implementation of features supporting message routing and transformation.
Front-end Development Support:
- Assist in developing user interfaces for administrators and users of the analytics platform.
- Work with UI/UX designers to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Collaboration and Learning:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall development process.
- Engage in collaborative code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Contribute to the development and execution of test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of the analytics platform.
- Assist in the implementation of monitoring solutions for issue detection and resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Go programming or other languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Familiarity with database management, especially PostgreSQL.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Basic proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to building enterprise-level solutions or analytics products.
Interest in API design and RESTful principles.
Basic understanding of security considerations in enterprise products.
